4. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 7Gen Marketing Agency and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 7Gen Marketing Agency, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
